The Toniebox Audio Player Starter Set has been such a wonderful addition to our home! My child absolutely loves picking out their Tonies and listening to stories and songs — all without a screen. The sound quality is great, and the soft, durable design makes it perfect for little hands (and a few inevitable drops!). Setup was super easy, and I love that it’s portable — great for car rides or bedtime routines. The Playtime Tonie is a nice touch, letting us upload our own recordings or music. Wonderful for kids of all ages.
We absolutely love our Toniebox! It’s such a fun, creative, and screen-free way for kids to listen, learn, and play. The Playtime Puppy is adorable and instantly became a favorite in our house. I love how easy it is for my daughter to use independently. just pop a Tonie on top and the stories or songs start right away. The sound quality is great, the box is soft and durable, and I feel good knowing it’s designed with kids in mind. It’s been perfect for quiet time, bedtime, and even road trips. This has quickly become one of our favorite toys, and I highly recommend it to any family! I was shocked when my 9 year old loved it and I thought she would be too old.

The sound quality is great, the design is adorable, and it’s tough enough to handle being carried all over the house. I love that it keeps him entertained without a tablet or TV, and his parents are thrilled about that too!If you’re looking for a fun, unique, and educational gift for a child, I couldn’t recommend the Toniebox more highly. Best gift for 2-5 year olds!

My grandson loves his Tonie Box. It’s the perfect size for little hands and it’s so cute! He knows how to turn the volume up and down and it’s so easy for him to do on his own. It’s great for 2-6 year olds. It fits perfectly on a shelf and not too big. It’s held up for over a year and still working really well. His came with a the box, charging station and plug-in chord and also a Tonie.

Great gift for kids
This is a perfect gift for kids of all ages. It’s like their own little stereo in a small compact box. The blank tonies (sold separately) can have any music you want downloaded to them by using a YouTube link converter website to then download the songs using the tonies app. My kids have tossed this thing around and probably stepped on it 100 times but it’s durable and we’ve been using it for a year already. Loved it enough to buy a second one.

Love this, but missing a couple of key things.
I have a few things.My first impression is that the box is small enough that my almost 2-year-old granddaughter can carry it around. The inner shell is plastic I’m assuming, but the outer shell is a really squishy foam covered by whatever colored cloth you chose. This makes it really easy for them to hold because they can kind of squish it and grip it without hurting it. I also dropped it a few times just to test it out and it bounces nicely without being damaged because of the foam outer shell.The ears on top help to control things like volume. One is noticeably bigger than the other so it’s easy to tell them apart. They’re easy to pinch between your fingers to change the volume. Possibly her fingers will be too small, but this has a youngest age of 3 and they could definitely pinch the ears.The box does require 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal. I have T-Mobile 5 GHz. It took some time but I figured out that you could piggyback a 2.4 GHz signal off your wi-fi even if it’s a 5 GHz wi-fi. The box does not stay connected to wi-fi. That’s only used to update with new material when you get a new character and for the initial setup. Once you have everything set up, you don’t need wi-fi anymore. The box can go anywhere.There is no on off switch. In order for the box to turn off, it basically has to be left alone for 10 to 15 minutes. However as soon as you add a character to the top it will turn back on again. If you get a storage tote or something to hold your characters, make sure the characters cannot sit on top of the box or it will never shut off. LOLThere is no battery level indicator so it’s sometimes difficult to tell how much battery is left. In my opinion, the charger should be left somewhere where the box can be placed at night so it charges overnight and is ready for play the next day.Since my granddaughter is not quite 2, our plan is to set the charging base in her room and use the night time lullabies and white noise characters while she sleeps and allow the box to charge at the same time.I’m very excited for this gift for her. I’ve already had a lot of fun playing with it.The one star deduction is for no battery indicator and no on/off switch.

My daughter absolutely loves her Toniebox! It’s honestly become part of our daily routine. It’s super easy for kids to use on their own—she just pops the Tonie on top and it starts playing. I love that it keeps her entertained without any screens, and the stories and songs are so calming and age-appropriate.The sound quality is great, the box is soft and durable, and the battery lasts a long time. Perfect for bedtime, quiet time, or even taking in the car. It’s one of those toys that actually gets used every single day. 100% worth it!

Ok, so when I first bought it; I wasn’t sure my toddler would like it as much as he did. My son LOVES watching super simple songs and ms Rachel on tv. He’s a musical baby and loves dancing but I try to limit our screen time. This is an amazing alternative! He absolutely LOVES listening to songs on his toniebox. He can also change the characters very easily and literally listens to it for hours every day. It’s been such a huge hit! if you’re trying to reduce screen time, it’s great!
