Great counter top game
This countertop game has been a big hit in my nightclub. It’s on FreePlay customers have a blast all night long, around 140 games to choose from im in the process of getting a second one for the other side of the club. The more they play the longer they stay.

Great arcade and service, we’ve been using it for 4+ years
Our family has had this arcade for 4 years already, we purchased it from JVL directly. Kinds love Galaga-ish space shooter and monster truck games, while I prefer puzzles – hidden objects, mahjong and card games. Great game, solid, we had no issues with it so far. Once it requested the software to be updated and JVL sent us a USB stick and supported the process step by step, it took 10 minutes. Love this game, recommend.

Poor packaging. Non functioning
Game came poorly packed. Obviously just bounced around in the box the whole delivery process. Pluged it in and it would not boot up. I ordered a second one of these from a different vendor. Same issue! Poorly packaged and would not boot up either. Obvious issue with this product. I did not take a chance on a 3rd one.

Fun and not bulky
Got this arcade for my dad about a year ago directly from JVL. Happy i found it, my dad loves it! He says it reminds him of the one he used to play at a bar back in the 90s. Now we play together every time I visit, which has become our little tradition. It looks great, doesn’t take much space, sturdy, and totally worth it for a home setup without the bulk. Games load quickly and don’t freeze. Highly recommend!

Awesome game room machine, whole family loves it

Man, I’m so happy we decided to get the ECHO — this thing is awesome! Feels real premium and looks amazing in our game room. It’s a beautiful bartop, solid and sturdy build, and the LED lights just make it pop, specially at night. We play together every evening now — the kids love it, and honestly it turned into this great family bonding thing. Was totally plug and play too — just unpacked it, plugged in, switched on, and boom, we were playing in like 10 minutes tops. No setup, no stress. We got a few other multigame arcades in our collection, but ECHO’s menu is the best I’ve seen. Super easy to move around and find games, no weird configs or anything. And the sound, oh my god, the sound!! That subwoofer hits hard — feels like a hi-fi audio system, the bass gives you that true oldschool arcade vibe.Yeah the price is premium, but it actually feels reasonable once you see and hear it in person. I haven’t seen any other bartop with touchscreen and this kind of quality. Totally worth it.
