Got this for my son and honestly it was such a good call. Good product
Works great. Is fun to use. Battery only lasts 15-30 minutes but it charges pretty quick as well. We don’t use it all the time, but is a cute gift. If you have high walls or ceiling I think it would be even more fun. Worth it for the right kid.

Very fun toy for a good price
Saw this and couldn’t believe the price because it’s very good value for money. It’s easy enough to use that small children could figure it out (tried it on as young as four), but fun enough that the adults all wanted a turn as well. The gecko is a little larger than I expected, but is still cute and moves about like you’d expect a gecko to move. It also has a wall mode and a floor mode for smaller battery consumption, which is important since the wall mode lasts about twenty minutes before needing recharged. And let’s be honest, the wall mode is what makes this so cool. You do need relatively flat walls (my walls have minor texturing that make the gecko slip sometimes), but this will entertain the whole family.

Great birthday present idea for kids!
I saw something similar on TikTok and found this little guy on Amazon. I bought it for my son’s 10th birthday. He says it’s a 10 out of 10 birthday present! I was actually pretty impressed with it and was super excited to watch my son play with it. The remote requires two AAA batteries and are easy to get to and install removing the one screw with a screw driver. The gecko required no batteries and worked straight out of the box. There are two settings on the gecko, one setting for the floor that doesn’t have the vacuum suction and the second has a vacuum suction that allows it to stick to the walls. It comes with a charging cord for the gecko but no charging block, the instructions suggest using a computer or lap top to charge, however we have extra blocks so we used it instead. The vacuum for the wall setting is a little noisy but no more so than a small vacuum, and it doesn’t bother us at all. Overall would definitely buy again and may if we need a present for any of his friends birthday. Also note, we have smooth walls and it goes up and down easily however we have textured ceilings and didn’t even try it which is ok with me, I’d rather not have it on my ceilings. It won’t go over and obstacles on the wall, so if there are trim pieces like in mobile homes you will need to manually move it to another smooth surface. Great product and appears well made!

Great gift if you get it on sale
My son loved this toy- it really does crawl on the wall and the ceiling. He had a tons of fun “scaring” family members with the gecko crawling around the house. The suction holds it on there- the main negative is that its pretty loud when its on and crawling because its kind of like an in-verse vacuum. I recommend the toy for a unique thing to get kids excited. There was a time that this product was really expensive around christmas, like $40, but i got it just under $20 on sale. I would definitely pay $20 for it but I would not pay $40 for it

Wall crawling Gecko
All the rage for 2024, this Gecko was fun while it lasted. Of course it did go up the wall easily enough. But it was difficult to stop whoever was controlling it to NOT go on the ceiling. A quick lesson on gravity unfortunately landing on a crawling baby. Wonderful also on smooth floors.
