Fego at its finest
We build so many legos and thought we would try an off brand. Won’t make that mistake again. First, this is not 6+. I would say 12 or older. Second, and most importantly, if you are used to legos this set will frustrate the living heck out of you. It kept falling apart while building and needing to be put back together at the base. Also my kids like to play with sets once finished and this one you cannot— it fell apart continuously. I’ll stick to legos

Not as advertised
This cute gingerbread house was a Horror!! The pieces would not stay connected. It was VERY frustrating for n 8yr old n her parents. In the endThe only choice they had was to try n glue it togetherIt certainly wasn’t Lego quality!! N caused tears nFrustration instead of a learning n fun time !!!

Too hard for a child and maybe most adults
This is very hard to do. The upper part keeps falling apart. I’ve done the middle upper part at least 15 times. The roof will not fit properly. Every thing just keeps collapsing and I have to start over.

simplistic, thought the interior detailing was done nicely
Pretty simple three wall structure. As far as the architecture goes nothing is terribly complex or impressive. It’s the detailing after the fact that makes the kit what it is. Detailing is front view and ground level focused. I actually prefer the detailing on the interior. One could say the exterior detailing is haphazardly placed, in particularly the candied roof dots. Inside wise I thought that the design made great logical use of what is a pretty tight space. I’m running my own lightning so I didn’t use what was included in the kit; thus no comment on that. I went for this kit because I’m building a large modular Christmas village and it’s just easier to modify kits than build everything from the ground up.

Pieces are kind of bad, doesn’t fit together that well.
Honestly, the pieces can be kind of crappy and there are parts on the instructions that don’t really show how to put it together certain pieces very well. There are also certain areas were there is almost no room to stick the pieces, like the whole roof area, and it just falls off the instant you try to barely move it. It does look cute, but I suggest getting a different one honestly.

Crazy complicated for a Ginger Bread House!
Really – 692 pieces and a 96 page instruction book? Once I figured out how the instructions were formatted it was relatively easy though because it took so many pieces to make simple structures it was easy for it all to fall apart.
