My 6yo loves hers
The setup is very easy compared to generation 1, even though it should be roughly the same.I know some people question why it’s necessary compared to an Alexa device or something else. (1) I can more easily control what my child has access to. (2) My daughter is learning violin, so I recorded some of the violin pieces & uploaded them onto a creative Tonie. We also have made her own playlists for falling asleep using the creative Tonies. (3) My 6-yo also loves playing with the little figures.

Best Audio Player – we have two each kid needs one
My kids love it. Totally worth the upgrade from the original toniebox, the sleeptimer is a game changer and the interactive games are fun for the 10 year old as well.Very robust and reliable. The sound is much better than the original and all our figurines work like a charm.

Great entertainment for your toddler.
Vast selection of Tonies, (plus where else can you get a gift for $20 that kids will really enjoy) they really keep the young ones occupied and there’s no “screen.”

Great fun for everyone.
I haven’t got mine working yet, but the one I gave my grandchildren is in Constant use and they have about 20 Tonies to go with it. Their Dad loves the Pigeon Tonie the best. Fun for everyone…

Great Concept, Frustrating Execution
I haven’t used the original Toniebox, so I can’t compare – but this Toniebox 2 feels like a mixed bag. Setup through the app only worked on my third attempt, and playback is unreliable: sometimes Tonies won’t play, and the app shows it disconnected even after being powered on for several minutes. I’ve had to reset it multiple times daily, which shouldn’t be necessary. The sleep timer stops playback immediately instead of waiting for the timer to end, and the auto-off feature doesn’t work – it stays on until the battery dies. When it works, it’s a great product. But with this many bugs, I can’t justify the price.
